Mattia Borroni - Chef Ristorante Alexander

Class 1990, Mattia Borroni was born in Milan and discovered his aptitude for cooking at the age of 11, as a game. He confirmed his passion by later enrolling at the Carlo Porta Institute in Milan.

He was not content with just notions, but wanted to experience the kitchen directly, starting at the age of 14 (compatibly with his school commitments) to work with skilled and cultured chefs.

After graduating from high school at the age of 19, he joined the Alexander restaurant, immediately showing great skill, independence, responsibility and creativity, and took over the kitchen at the age of 22.

HIS CUISINE IS MADE OF MEMORIES AND IS ROOTED IN THE TASTE OF MEMORY
